Mark Lang is President at Brighton Tru-Edge and has been with the company for more than 30 years.
Mark spent ten years in a variety of positions on the vessel fabrication side of the business. He has served as head of fabrication for Brighton for 23 years. Mark’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the business from strategic planning, development, operations, and finances for the company.
Steve Hammoor is Vice President of Sales at Brighton Tru-Edge. His experience in the tank head/metal business stretches more than 30 years, with half of that time spent at Brighton. Among his responsibilities, Steve works to develop, formalize and execute the Brighton business plan.
Rich Wonder is Director of Sales at Brighton Tru-Edge. He started his career with Brighton in 1986, and has 31 years of industry experience.
Bruce Knolle is plant manager at Brighton Tru-Edge. He started his career in 1986 and has held many key positions at the company. Currently, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Head Shop. He oversees production, scheduling, shipping and the union employees.
Matt Herdeman is the Corporate Maintenance Director at Brighton Tru-Edge. He is responsible for all maintenance operations for the tank head production facilities, all utilities, and grounds maintenance operations for an 11 acre facility.
Rick Seiter is the Quality Assurance Manager at Brighton Tru-Edge. Rick began his career at Brighton in 1987 where he gained experience as a shop clerk.
Tim Lynskey is Director of Head Operations for Brighton, overseeing our facilities in Cincinnati, OH., and Natchez, MS.

A graduate from Ohio State University in 1978, Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

In his 27 years at Brighton, Rich has held the following positions:
Among his responsibilities, Rich is responsible for managing and developing four Inside Sales Representatives, one Accounting Representative and one Administrative employee. He is involved with estimating, forecasting, developing accounts and initiating sales strategies for a heavy metal industrial manufacturer.
Rich also is instrumental in helping to develop IT improvements to support Sales and Operations.
A graduate from Cincinnati Technical College, Rich has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science majoring in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Capital University majoring in Jazz Performance.
