Mark spent ten years in a variety of positions on the vessel fabrication side of the business. He has served as head of fabrication for Brighton for 23 years. Mark’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the business from strategic planning, development, operations, and finances for the company.

He has had several positions at Brighton including:

  • Manager
  • Engineer
  • Plant Supervisor
  • Plant Manager
  • Vice President of Operations

He also holds certifications in OSHA 10/30/510 and is Lean/Sigma certified. Mark is a member of Vistage, where he participates in a group for executives and CEO’s.

A graduate from Ohio State University in 1978, Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Rich Wonder

Rich Wonder is Director of Sales at Brighton Tru-Edge. He started his career with Brighton in 1986, and has 31 years of industry experience.

In his 27 years at Brighton, Rich has held the following positions:

  • MTR Clerk
  • Shop Floor Scheduler
  • Customer Service Representative
  • Quality Control Manager
  • Office and QC Manager- Tuscaloosa, Al,
  • Inside Sales Engineer
  • Inside Sales Manager

Among his responsibilities, Rich is responsible for managing and developing four Inside Sales Representatives, one Accounting Representative and one Administrative employee. He is involved with estimating, forecasting, developing accounts and initiating sales strategies for a heavy metal industrial manufacturer.

Rich also is instrumental in helping to develop IT improvements to support Sales and Operations.

A graduate from Cincinnati Technical College, Rich has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science majoring in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Capital University majoring in Jazz Performance.

Bruce Knolle

Bruce Knolle is plant manager at Brighton Tru-Edge. He started his career in 1986 and has held many key positions at the company. Currently, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Head Shop. He oversees production, scheduling, shipping and the union employees.

He also works with the safety director to make Brighton a leader in safety in the manufacturing world.

In his 31 years with the company, Bruce has held the following positions:

  • Shop clerk for Fabrication Division
  • Production scheduler
  • Customer service
  • Shipping clerk
  • Foreman
  • Production manager
  • Plant manager

Rick Seiter

Rick Seiter is the Quality Assurance Manager at Brighton Tru-Edge. Rick began his career at Brighton in 1987 where he gained experience as a shop clerk.

Rick has since held several positions at Brighton including:

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Production Scheduler
  • Office Manager
  • Supervisor/scheduler of welding operation
  • Quality assurance manager

Rick graduated from Cincinnati State Technical College with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science majoring in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Engineering. Rick holds the following certifications:

  • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
  • Certified in OSHA 30
  • Certification for 80 hours of Lean Six Sigma Green belt training

Rick is also a member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and a member of the American Welding Society (AWS).

Matt Herdeman

Matt began his career at Brighton more than 35 years ago as a machinist. He has since held several positions within the maintenance and production area including:

  • Maintenance Planner
  • Maintenance Supervisor
  • Production Manager
  • Plant Engineer

He is certified in Lean/Sigma as well as OSH 10/30. Matt’s responsibilities at Brighton extend into new machine installations, new equipment evaluations, and procurement.

Tim Lynskey

Tim Lynskey is Director of Head Operations for Brighton, overseeing our facilities in Cincinnati, OH., and Natchez, MS.

Tim has spent more than 25 years in both vessel fabrication and head fabrication. He works to improve productivity throughput to drive down indirect costs for our customers.

During his time at Brighton, Tim has held positions as:

  • X-Ray Tech
  • Plant Supervisor
  • Plant Manager

He holds certification in OSHA 10/30/510

Tim graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Business & Accounting.

Steve Hammoor

Steve Hammoor

Steve Hammoor is Vice President of Sales at Brighton Tru-Edge. His experience in the tank head/metal business stretches more than 30 years, with half of that time spent at Brighton. Among his responsibilities, Steve works to develop, formalize and execute the Brighton business plan.

He also works to help motivate and engage the sales group to improve customer service. Steve teaches the group to be passionate and customer-focused.

Steve’s leadership is a crucial part of staying focused on exceeding the expectations of Brighton customers. In his 16 years at Brighton Tru-Edge, Steve has held the following positions:

  • Director of Sales
  • Director of Purchasing
