Cincinnati, Ohio – January 14, 2025 – Brighton Tru-Edge, the largest cold-form tank head fabricator in North America, announces the recent promotion of Adam Laib (left) to Executive Vice President and General Manager and hires Jim Wielinga (right) as the new Vice President of Sales.

Adam joined Brighton in 2010 as a Sales Co-Op, working his way up to the Fabrication Solutions Manager before leaving in 2016. After a brief stint away, Adam returned to Brighton in 2018 as Field Sales Manager. Since then, he has moved up through the organization, holding roles as Production Controller and Director of Project Controls. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2024.
Jim Wielinga joins Brighton Tru-Edge as the newest Vice President of Sales. As a key leader for Formica North America, ClarkDietrich Building Systems, and most recently, Phillips Tube Group, Jim brings extensive knowledge, expertise, and more than two decades of experience in the manufacturing and construction sectors. Jim looks to leverage his sales and marketing leadership to continue to drive growth in positioning the organization for the future.
