Brighton Tru-Edge can provide welded plates in a variety of widths and thicknesses to support your cylinder and fabrication needs. The plates can be provided with X-ray and U2-A reports when required.
Rolled & 100% Welded Cylinders
Cylinders can be fabricated from stainless steel, carbon, nickel alloys, clad, copper, and other exotic materials. Brighton can roll plates up to 16′ wide in thicknesses of 1″. For heavier thicknesses, our Natchez facility can roll 10′ wide by 1.75” thick shells. The fully welded cylinders can be provided with x-ray, dye check, and code paperwork if required.
When requesting a quote, you will provide us with the material, polish (if required), thickness, diameter, and length of the cylinder.
Rolled & Braced Cylinders
Cylinders can be fabricated from stainless steel, carbon, nickel alloys, clad, copper, and other exotic materials. Brighton can roll plates up to 16′ wide in thicknesses of 1″. For heavier thicknesses, our Natchez facility can roll 10′ wide by 1.75” thick shells. The fully welded cylinders can be provided with x-ray, dye check, and code paperwork if required. This option would be rolled and braced, and the long seam would be tacked.

Cylinders can be fabricated from stainless steel, carbon, nickel alloys, clad, copper, and other exotic materials. Brighton can roll plates up to 16′ wide in thicknesses of 1″. For heavier thicknesses, our Natchez facility can roll 10′ wide by 1.75” thick shells. The fully welded cylinders can be provided with x-ray, dye check, and code paperwork if required. This option would be rolled with the long seam tacked only.
